Shipping Methods

Originals and prints require a range of national & international delivery options that are not always easy to list out in the checkout page ( size, weight, type, location, time etc ). Please contact me directly if you'd prefer a custom shipping option.

Typically original paintings, canvas and custom prints will be individually crated/boxed with acid free paper, protective board, foam wrap with corner protectors. Very large items, items over 7KG and all Lightbox prints, will be crated with reinforced panels. I can deliver some UK items personally and clients can make their own pickup arrangements should that be preferred.

Paper prints will be wrapped in acid free paper and shipped in reinforced tubes unless pre-ordered with a wash-mount ( recommended ) which requires a rigid package.

All paintings and limited edition prints are shipped with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Paper and canvas prints are produced to order and typically take 10-14 days from order to dispatch.

Returns

Prints are not refundable once processed and delivered although there is a 7 day cancellation period for orders placed via the website prior to print.

If any delivered work is found to be damaged, or sub-standard in anyway, following transit you can choose from either a 100% refund or a replacement.

Original paintings are subject to acceptance as part of client delivery.
