Skyscapes of cumulus and towering cumulonimbus have always been an inspiration for me. The warm towers depicts a line of heavily developed rain bearing nimbus imbedded within layers of of lower cumulus being directly lit by a setting sun.
Its been a warm afternoon and the ocre and pink hues highlight the heaped energy lifted and stored from the moist air below.
