" Cutting edge" depicts three RAF Typhoon FRG4's of 6 squadron conducting close range interception practice high above a dawn cloud deck. The 3 aircraft are engaged in a mock dogfight, 2 on 1, in a turning fight with reheat selected to maximise acceleration through a high G "rolling scissor" tail chase.

The Typhoon is a superb air superiority platform and, to an artist's eye, is an aesthetically beautiful fighter. This is my 6th Typhoon painting.
